WHAT DO HOTEL ROOM RATES INCLUDE?

Hotel room rates include mandatory half-board: a rich buffet breakfast and buffet dinner in our hotel restaurant, access to our SPA area: pool, saunas, Jacuzzis, whirlpool, steam cabin, during the summer season: children’s pool, beach with beach loungers, waterslide, use of our outdoor sport courts (except tennis and minigolf), participation in entertainer-led programmes, complimentary WiFi in our hotel lobby and VAT.

IF OPTING FOR HALF-BOARD, CAN DINNER BE EXCHANGED FOR LUNCH?

Unfortunately, this switch is not possible.

ARE ALL ROOM TYPES EQUIPPED WITH AIR CONDITIONING?

Not all our room types have air conditioning, so please read our accommodation type descriptions carefully.

DO YOU OFFER FAMILY ROOMS?

We do not have connected rooms, but offer several options for families; please see our room type descriptions.

WHEN IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-in and check-out: Check-in is from 4:00 pm for our hotel rooms. You are required to check out of rooms by 10:00 am. You are welcome to use the hotel facilities, including our beach, wellness area, etc. in the morning upon arrival and until 6:00 pm on the day of your departure.

DO THE ROOMS HAVE INTERNET?

Our hotel lobby features complimentary WiFi, while our other areas (rooms, bungalows) feature HOTZONES WLAN (Borsodweb) internet, with up to 20 minutes of complimentary use per day (24 hours). Monthly HotZones card (30 days): 1Mbps:/0.125Mbps HUF 1 500/card 2Mbps:/0.125Mbps: HUF 2 500/card, available at our reception or online.

ARE BATHROBES AND SAUNA TOWELS PROVIDED WHEN USING THE WELLNESS FACILITIES?

Ask for a bathrobe at our hotel reception in exchange for a deposit (HUF 5,000/robe), and ask for sauna towels at our pool reception.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

We do not allow pets in our hotel, but you are welcome to bring them if opting for our bungalows.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR BOOKING, AND HOW MUCH IS THE ADVANCE DEPOSIT?

You can make reservations by telephone or in writing, but we can only guarantee reservations confirmed in writing. The special offers featured on our website only apply for direct bookings made through us (by telephone, e-mail, or our online reservation system). For offers on other hotel booking sites and travel agencies, please enquire there, as we are not liable for such offers.
Advance deposit: 30% of the total balance; your reservation will be guaranteed once this advance deposit has been made. Deposits be paid by SZÉP Card.

DO YOU ACCEPT SZÉP CARDS?

Yes, we do. The advance deposit and the total balance can be paid by MKB, OTP, K&H SZÉP Card, in accordance with legislative provisions. Tourism tax cannot be paid by SZÉP Card.
