Important information for hotel check-in

Please note that from 1 September 2021, in accordance with the legislation in force, we will be required to provide a new type of information (Guest Information Closed Database) for all hotel registrations.

This means that guests (including children) will be required to present an identification document when checking in at the hotel. Identity cards, driving licences and passports are accepted as proof of identity for guests of Hungarian nationality. For guests from the European Union, ID cards and passports are acceptable. For guests from third countries only passports are accepted for identification and document reading.

By law, all our guests are obliged to provide this information and, as a service provider, we must refuse to provide accommodation to our guests if they do not produce this document.

Information on prices

What does "dynamic" pricing mean?

Prices are subject to availability. So if you book early, you can get a lower rate than if you book just a few days before your arrival.

And on weekdays we also calculate a lower price per reservation

This way we can guarantee that you can book your accommodation directly with us at the best price.

What is the difference between requesting a quote and making a reservation?

When you request a quote, we’ll email you a link with the details you specify, and you can click on it at any time to see the current prices.

When you make your reservation, you book your accommodation immediately and all you have to do is pack 🙂

Is there a cost for changing the date?

We do not charge a handling fee if you have booked with a changeable date, however, our room rates may differ for a later or earlier date, so the change may increase or decrease the fee payable.


Information about chalets

What is included in the price of the chalet?
  • The price of the bungalow includes self-catering accommodation or with the ordered catering (breakfast or half board), one final cleaning,
  • SPA: swimming pool, saunas, jacuzzi, adventure pool, steam room , in summer: children’s slides, beach lounger, waterslide, outdoor sports courts ( except tennis and mini golf )
  • participation in animation programmes, use of the Internet in the hotel lobby and VAT
Do I need to bring bed linen and towels?

No, bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring beach towels to the beach. An extra change of linen is available for a fee.

How is the kitchen equipped?

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine (filter), microwave, toaster, electric hob (2), fridge, cutlery, crockery, glasses and as there is no daily cleaning, cleaning utensils (without chemicals) are provided. What you may need during your stay:, dishwashing sponge, dishwashing liquid, hand washing up liquid. For a fee, cleaning is available.

Is it possible to request a supply for the bungalow?

Breakfast and even half board are also available at any time for this type of accommodation. It can be ordered in advance or on the spot on arrival, or even daily before meals at the hotel reception.


Information about staying in a hotel

What is included in the hotel room price?

The hotel room rate includes: breakfast or half board: rich buffet breakfast and buffet dinner in our hotel restaurant, SPA: swimming pool, saunas, jacuzzi, adventure pool, steam cabin , in summer: children’s playground, beach lounger, beach chair, waterslide, outdoor sports courts (except tennis and mini golf), participation in animation programs, internet use, and VAT.

Can dinner be exchanged for lunch when booking half board?

Unfortunately, the half board dinner cannot be exchanged for lunch.

Are all room types air-conditioned?

Not all of our room types are air-conditioned, we do have rooms without air-conditioning, so please always read the detailed description of the type of accommodation carefully.

Is there a family room?

We have family rooms, but we also offer more comfortable accommodation options for families, which you can find in our room type descriptions.

Do children need an ID card?

On arrival, any document (e.g. a student card) is sufficient to prove the identity and age of the child, but no ID is required under current rules.

When can I start booking the room and how long do I have to leave the room on the day of travel?
  • Hotel rooms can be booked from 16:00.
  • On the day of departure, please leave the rooms by 10 am.
  • The areas: beach, wellness area, etc., can be used from 14:00 on arrival and until 12:00 in the afternoon on departure.
What internet access is available in the hotel?

Free WIFI access is available in the area (rooms, bungalows).

Are bathrobes and sauna towels provided for use of the spa?

Bathrobes can be requested at the hotel reception for a deposit (5000.- HUF / piece), sauna towels are waiting for our guests in the room.

Can I pay by SZÉP card?

Yes. MKB, OTP, K&H SZÉP cards can be used to pay both the advance and the final amount, as required by law. Tourist tax is not payable with the card. More information on how to pay by SZÉP card can be found on our website.

Can I bring my pet?

In the hotel, in our “pet-friendly – Superior rooms” ( only in this type of room, after prior reservation, subject to availability ) and in all types of chalets we welcome pets. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and on the beach.
