General terms and conditions of payment

Reservation min. 50% deposit (or as stated in the confirmation), provided that the requested deposit is received in our bank account by the date stated in the confirmation. We will issue an invoice for the advance payment received.

In order to identify the payment, please indicate in the comment field the booking reference or the name of the guest and the billing address.

General cancellation conditions:

Individual room reservations can be cancelled without penalty, unless otherwise stated in the written confirmation, up to 14 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation or no-show within the penalty-free cancellation period, the deposit paid will be considered as a non-refundable deposit. The deposit paid may be credited to another stay during the same opening season, subject to the above conditions, and subject to prior agreement.

Payment and cancellation conditions may vary from offer to offer, season to season, and will be indicated in the confirmation of your booking.Please read our confirmation carefully in any case!

Our current offers already include the stay discounts, they are not negotiable on a daily basis, they are only valid as an offer. In the case of early departure, late arrival, the full price of the ordered service/offer is payable (if you order the above offer, the price of the nights and services ordered is payable, even if you do not use or only partially use the services). Exception: force majeure)

Discounted offers apply to individual guests booking directly with the hotel, up to a maximum of 2 accommodation units.

We reserve the right to change prices.

The deposit can of course be paid by SZÉP card.
