Can there be a better feeling than when you arrive at your favorite place and are welcomed as if the staff know exactly what you need straight away? We do everything we can to give you this feeling while also offering special benefits and exclusive offers that are available only to you.
We are well aware that travel can be expensive – accommodation, transportation, meals, drinks and other services all add up. We would like to reward you for choosing us and returning to us – even if it’s only once a year.
That’s why we have come up with five discount packages for guests who have spent more than one night with us in the past 2 years. You always have access to the packages you are entitled to. In short: the more often you stay with us, the more discounts we are able to offer.
You can log into your profile at any time and view your currently available offers.

Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions
How to register for the Loyalty Club
1. Click on the “Book Now” button in the top menu.
2. Select “Book” next to your chosen accommodation.
3. Log into your profile by clicking on the person icon (👤) in the top right corner.
Important!
Creating a new profile takes just a few clicks. You’ll automatically become a Loyalty Club member, and you can start enjoying your discounts from your very first booking.
Your registration is recognized across both platforms, so you can enjoy your loyalty benefits when booking either the hotel or the holiday village.
When booking through your profile, the discount is already reflected in the price displayed in the online booking system (the amount shown next to the crossed-out price includes the discount). The discount is applied to the standard rate.
If the booking is not made through your profile, the discount cannot be applied retrospectively.
The discount associated with the Loyalty Club membership can be used for a maximum of 3 accommodation units per booking and cannot be combined with any other discount or voucher.
Levels
Genius level
Every guest who books accommodation directly with the hotel at Club Tihany Resort through the online booking system automatically becomes a Genius level club member.
Our discount for Genius club members:
- 2% discount on the accommodation booked
Balaton level
Every guest becomes a Balaton-level club member if they have booked accommodation at the hotel directly from Club Tihany Resort in the past 2 years and have spent between 8 and 14 room nights at the hotel during this period.
The advantages of being a Balaton-level club member:
- 5% discount on the accommodation booked
- One complimentary wellness treatment per stay, depending on availability, with a choice of treatments:
- Salt bath (30 minutes) or
- Hydromassage bath (20 minutes)
Tihany level
Every guest becomes a Tihany-level club member if they have booked accommodation at the hotel directly from Club Tihany Resort in the past 2 years and have spent between 15 and 28 room nights at the hotel during this period.
The advantages of being a Tihany-level club member:
- 10% discount on the accommodation booked
- One complimentary wellness treatment per stay, depending on availability, with a choice of treatments:
- Salt bath (30 minutes) or
- Hydromassage bath (20 minutes)
Choice of convenience options (excluding peak holiday periods and high season, subject to availability):
- Early check-in from 11 am or
- Late check-out until 3 pm
Resort level
Every guest becomes a Resort-level club member if they have booked accommodation at the hotel directly from Club Tihany Resort in the past 2 years and have spent between 29 and 39 room nights at the hotel during this period.
The advantages of being a Resort-level club member:
- 15% discount on the accommodation booked
- One complimentary wellness treatment per stay, depending on availability, with a choice of treatments:
- Salt bath (30 minutes) or
- Hydromassage bath (20 minutes)

Choice of convenience options (excluding peak holiday periods and high season, subject to availability):
- Early check-in from 11 am or
- Late check-out until 3 pm
Premium level
Every guest becomes a Premium-level club member if they have booked accommodation at the hotel directly from Club Tihany Resort in the past 2 years and have spent more than 40 room nights at the hotel during this period.
The advantages of being a Premium-level club member:
- 15% discount on the accommodation booked
- Upgrade of room, subject to availability
- One complimentary wellness treatment per stay, depending on availability, with a choice of treatments:
- Salt bath (30 minutes) or
- Hydromassage bath (20 minutes)
- 15% off wellness services
- Free parking
Choice of convenience options (excluding peak holiday periods and high season, subject to availability):
- Early check-in from 11 am or
- Late check-out until 3 pm
Number of room nights
This figure is calculated by multiplying the number of rooms booked by the number of nights spent at the hotel. If you book two rooms, for example, the number of nights is doubled. For three rooms, the number is tripled.
Examples:
- A family of four stays in two rooms for a long weekend (3 days, 2 nights): 2 rooms x 2 nights = 4 room nights
- A family of three stays in one room for a long weekend (3 days, 2 nights): 1 room x 2 nights = 2 room nights
- A family of four stays in two rooms for a 6-day holiday (5 nights): 2 rooms x 5 nights = 10 room nights
