The key card is used to open hotel rooms and bungalows, charge ordered meals and drinks to the hotel account, activate electrical devices, lift the barrier at the main entrance, and identify guests when using the services provided by the Club. The card is valid from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. It must be returned to reception upon check-out.

The mineral water provided in the mini bar refrigerator is free of charge. Additional drinks are available at the reception 24 hours a day for an extra charge, including chilled still and sparkling mineral water, Unicum, and sparkling wine (sweet or dry). Your pets are welcome in the bungalow area and in the pet-friendly hotel rooms, but taking them to other facilities (the beach and restaurants, for example) is prohibited in the interest of maintaining public health. Please keep your dog on lead when taking it for walks.

Since 2015, our hotel has been entirely non-smoking, including all rooms and balconies. A penalty of HUF 20,000 will be charged in the event of smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

You can use the swimming pool and the sauna free of charge. Please take your Club card with you. You will find a towel for the sauna in your room.
You will find body wash / shampoo, soap and shower cap in your bathroom. Other products are available at the reception desk and in the shop next to the hotel entrance.
The hotel’s motivational programme for children is based on collecting tokens. During their stay, children can earn tokens in two different ways.
The first is the Clean Plate Challenge. Children receive a token in the restaurant if they eat everything they have put on their plate.
The second is participation in active animation programmes. After selected physical, sports-based or competition-style activities, the animation team rewards participating children with a token. These programmes include Morning Exercise, Water Games in the Children’s Pool, the Minute to Win It Challenge and many other exciting activities.
Children can visit the Token Shop together with their parents and exchange their collected tokens for various gifts. They can choose from items such as T-shirts, fridge magnets and keyrings, each available in exchange for a specified number of tokens.
Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash and may only be redeemed for gifts.
If you need a change, please leave your towels on the floor. Thank you for helping protect the environment. Please do not take hotel towels to the beach. Sauna sheets are available at the spa reception desk.
