The current energy supply situation in Hungary requires increased social responsibility from all of us — individuals and businesses alike. In the interest of sustainable and responsible operation, we are introducing the following temporary measures from 3 August, counting on your understanding and cooperation:

Changes to the wellness opening hours

  • Saunas: Unlike the usual opening hours, the saunas will be available between 10:00 and 17:00.

Air conditioning and lighting in public areas

  • The temperature setting of the air-conditioning systems in the public areas will be increased by 1°C to save energy.
  • Lighting in our public areas will be reduced.

Peak periods and optimisation of our operations

  • During the evening and other highlighted periods, between 17:00 and 07:00, the televisions located upstairs and in the lobby will be switched off. The programme TV at the entrance will be available between 08:00 and 23:00. Our reception colleagues will be happy to provide information upon request.
  • We are also rescheduling our own energy-intensive activities to take place outside the peak period of 17:00–22:00.

How can you help?

Even small actions can make a big difference. We kindly ask you to pay attention to saving energy and water during your stay:

Electric vehicle charging: Please use this service outside the peak period of 17:00–22:00.

Media devices and chargers:

  • Please avoid using energy-consuming appliances unnecessarily in your room, for example, do not leave the television on when it is not being watched.
  • Please charge phones, laptops and other devices outside the peak period.
  • Unplug chargers when they are not in use.
  • Lighting: Please switch off the lights when leaving your room.

Cooling:

  • Please do not use the air conditioning with the windows or doors open, or when you are not in the room.
  • Where comfortable, please set the air conditioning temperature 1°C higher.

Textiles and water:

  • Where possible, please reuse your towels.
  • Please use water consciously and sparingly.
